I would like to share with you some of the cakes that I have made for friends and relatives. I never thought it was so fun and exiting... I realized that with my pastry culinary skills combined with my architectural background and the Wilton classes that I took I could create amazing and very personal handcraft decorations. Happened that my cakes and cupcakes were not only creative but also delicious. They were baked fresh, from scratch, and their flavor and felling were selected specifically in each case. For some of them I spent a little time researching and a lot of hours creating decorations in advance... but the results were great, and what I like the best is that for me each cake is a design challenge...
